I don't think Oscar is happy 
the swap was always going to be controversial, but I guess it probably saved the gun man from getting punched by Lando!
From a team point of view, I do get why they did that, particularly as Lando had agreed the Oscar pitting first. Are team orders right? I don't think this is major enough to worry about.
I'd be more concerned about Max clearly running Lando off the circuit on the run down to turn 1. If Lando hadn't taken to the grass, and they had touched tyres, with the pack so close behind, the carnage would have been huge. Max may be fast, but there's clearly a suicide gene in there somewhere.

It seems McLaren may have set a precedent at Monza that they might not be willing to uphold. Piastri could now expect that if he has a poor pit stop at the next race and a similar situation arises, he should be compensated in the same way by regaining the position from his teammate. Poor pit stops are part of racing I feel and are just luck based, similar to mechanic failures, they happen to all at some point.
I definitely agree with the @smiffy comment on max. Having recently watched the Norris pov from the incident, I think such a manoeuvre from Max was not acceptable and should have been punished further. However, I do feel Norris did then run Max off the road at the first chicane but the consequences are much less dire there, from a safety point of view anyway
