Bought an Estoril Blue Coupe in an auction 2 weeks ago. Yes, I know it’s not a roadster - but we share common parts and I would think a lot of common interests given the type of relatively uncommon cars we drive so here’s hoping we can help each other going forwards. Charming! I could ask what it’s like driving the floppy chassis of a roadster - a coupe is 2.6 times stiffer (according to BMW) and gives a more satisfying sporty drive because of it! Just saying

I met Steve on Sunday at BMWCCNE monthly meeting at the Black Horse at Beamish, we had a good natter about our Coupes.
He enquired with me next day about door window regulators as he needs a replacement, gave him a few options, one of which was SFIAC and this Forum. Steve is pursuing these options.
Waiting to hear how he has got on.
