whats going on guys, i have had the idea of getting a second car so i dont run the miles up on my 97 z3 *currently at 49,756 miles* should i get an e36 3 series and turn it into a drift build. i was going to make my z3 a drifter but then realized how low the miles were and it was way too nice. would you guys like to see a e36 drift build? let me know! *hopefully i posed this in the right thread or didnt do it wrong*

I'm a big e30 fan as well as the Z3, how about one of them? The e36 4 door especially was as ugly as butt for me!

yes i really dont like the 4 door. i want a e36 328 or 318, what would you think about a drift build maybe??

We have had an E36 convertible 323i (2500cc six cylinder) for many years. I really like the car, especially two door versions.:)

I had a 325 coupe before my zeds and it was a very nice car. My brother is on his 2nd 328 sport, first one was repainted and looked amazing. This one he’s stripped and trying to turn it into a track car, which he’s pretty much wrecked it in my opinion. They seem to be holding in value well and are a very well built car.

Had an E36 325i as a company car for a while. Iron block so no nickasil bore worries. I loved it.
Good ones seem to be getting scarcer and scarcer. There are plenty (even M3s) that have had most of their suspension springs cut off and 6" diameter tailpipes fitted and there are some care-worn daily drivers about too, but I don't see many really nice ones these days.
