Visited a friend today having problems getting passenger side wide body sills his car has been in paint shop waiting 2 months back order for passenger sills anyone else had problems or advise on where he can get a new sill ?

When I ordered mine I was told by BMW that they would take up to 8 weeks, 3 days later they arrived
I was told there was a delay of two weeks, which ends on the 6th Sept so I’ll wait and see.
i let him know thanks seems like he got another week to wait then
